Who sends these messages
Both programmes are operated by We Trust Systems LLC, which provides the AI phone assistant used by local appointment businesses — salons, nail bars, spas and pet groomers.
- The demo sample message — one text to someone who tried our assistant on this website and asked to see what it sends. Currently in service.
- Appointment messages — confirmations and reminders for an appointment you booked by phone with one of those businesses. Not currently in service: nothing is being sent under this programme today.
The two are kept separate on purpose. They are asked for in different places and they send different messages — but replying STOP to either one stops both.
1. The demo sample message
Who receives it: someone who asked us to call them so they could hear the assistant, and who also ticked the box asking for the sample text.
- How often: exactly one message, once, after that call ends. There is no recurring programme and nothing follows it.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply
- Stopping: reply STOP; reply HELP for help
- Not required: consent is not a condition of purchase — the demo call happens either way
Where the opt-in happens
On this website, on the home page: the “Hear it on your business” button opens a short form where you pick a type of business and enter your own mobile number. Under it there is a checkbox, empty by default, which you have to tick yourself. Nothing is sent if you leave it alone.
That is the only form that asks. The other button on the home page, “Get a demo”, also takes a mobile number, but only so our sales team can call you: it has no checkbox and no text message is ever sent from it. It is not part of this or any other messaging programme.
What the checkbox says, word for word
“Text me the sample appointment message. We Trust Systems will send one text about this demo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
«Envíenme por mensaje de texto el ejemplo de confirmación de cita. We Trust Systems enviará un solo mensaje sobre esta demostración. Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos. Responda STOP para no recibir más mensajes y HELP para obtener ayuda. El consentimiento no es condición para ninguna compra.»
STOP and HELP stay in English on purpose: they are the carrier-standard keywords, they are what our system recognises, and advertising a translated one would advertise a word nothing recognises.
The message you get
We Trust Systems: this is the kind of text your customer would get after booking with your AI receptionist — "Your appointment is confirmed for Saturday August 29, 10:00 AM." One-time demo message. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
It names us, not the example business the assistant played on the call: that business is a stand-in for the demo and does not exist.
2. Appointment messages
Not currently in service. This programme is described here because it is how appointment messages will work once the businesses using our assistant are individually registered with the mobile carriers. Until then the assistant still asks the question below and records your answer, but no appointment messages are sent.
Those businesses keep their own name and their own phone number; We Trust Systems LLC answers their calls and would send their appointment messages on their behalf. That is why a message about your haircut names the salon and not us: every message identifies the business you actually called, so you know who it is from.
- Who receives them: people who booked an appointment by phone and said yes when asked
- How often: around three messages per appointment
- Cost: message and data rates may apply
- Stopping: reply STOP; reply HELP for help
- Not required: consent is not a condition of any purchase or service
Where the opt-in happens
There is no sign-up form for these messages. You call the business directly — a salon, a spa, a groomer — and speak with the WeTrust assistant to book, move or cancel an appointment. Once the appointment is confirmed, the assistant asks, out loud, whether you would also like it by text. Messages would be sent only if you answer yes on that call, and only about your own appointment.
Phone numbers are never collected from a website for this programme, bought, rented, or taken from any list.
What the assistant asks, word for word
The assistant reads this, in whichever language you are speaking:
“Would you like your confirmations and reminders by text? It is about three messages, rates may apply, and reply STOP to the number to cancel.”
«¿Desea que le enviemos las confirmaciones y recordatorios por SMS? Son unos tres mensajes, pueden aplicar tarifas, y responda STOP al número para cancelar.»
If you say no, nothing is sent and you are not asked again on that call.
What you would get if you say yes
- A confirmation when the appointment is booked, a reminder the day before, and a reminder about two hours before — around three messages for that appointment.
- Message frequency depends on how many appointments you book.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop them, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Stopping the messages
Replying STOP unsubscribes your number immediately, from both programmes and from every business on them, and no further messages are sent. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with any third party for their own marketing.
